Every now and then when we respond to support tickets, our clients give our replies a rating out 5 (5 being the best). We have just closed our 1000th support ticket for the year, and are very pleased to announce our average feedback rating was 4.51 which is an excellent result. There is always room for improvement, we will be keen to see what we can achieve after the next 1000 tickets...

Recently there have been issues processing some credit card payments. This issue has now been resolved, and it looks as though the payment gateway is processing credit cards correctly as of 8.30am this morning (08/12/2011).
